Water Features Maybe you’ve got an interest in home entertainment systems ? Home Cinema, Multi-room audio, video distribution are all things that you may be considering for your home – or perhaps you already have them. How does this fit together with Sensible Heat’s offering ?

We are not specialists in home entertainment systems – but we know lots of people who are ! We are well used to working alongside audio-visual specialist companies to deliver integrated, whole-house solutions. Similarly, you may have already installed, or decided to invest in, a sophisticated Lighting Control system. There may be an opportunity to integrate the Hometronic system with the Lighting system so that you can, for instance, control your heating from some extra buttons on the lighting keypads. This will depend upon which system you have chosen – speak to us about compatability.

Integration with Touchsceen Control Systems

Maybe you are considering a whole-house touchscreen control system (such as AMX or Crestron) to bring together all of the disparate systems in your house ? No problem; using Interfacing products developed by Sensible Heat, it is easy for your supplier to integrate the systems controlled by the Hometronic system with other systems so they can all be viewed and adjusted from the touchscreens.

Data Interfacing and Remote Access

Sensible Heat has developed a number of interfaces to allow 3rd part control systems to interact with Hometronic heating controls, Aircon systems, Energy monitoring systems and other devices. We work with the manufacturers of these systems to develop software "drivers" which allow the 3rd party system to access and adjust settings within our system.

Currently, "drivers" exist for AMX, Crestron, Netstreams DigiLinx and Philips Pronto, and new drivers are continually under development. Please contact us for further information.
